After having had a good experience dining in the hotel's restaurant last year, but the service back then was rather marginal, we thought we'd give the restaurant a second chance, also because of the many other good reviews. To anticipate the result: We left after 15 minutes of waiting and trying to contact the staff. And before the hotel answers again that there can be waiting times at peak times: No, it wasn't very busy, instead the two waiters only looked after the hotel guests, who had arrived a few minutes after us, but for that but the ordered drinks were already on the table before we left after waiting 10 minutes to at least ask for the food and drink menu. We were handed the cards at the counter, service at the table: none. We used the 15 minute wait to reserve a table at another restaurant. In any case, we felt like second-class guests in the Viktoria's restaurant, perhaps also because, unlike the other guests, we had children with us?! Service: 1
