Valley Smoke - Reservar uma mesa

My family and I had dinner at Valley Smoke BBQ in Palm Valley this past Friday evening. We had a nice view of the Intercoastal Waterway, and the restaurant itself is nicely done. My son ordered the ribs which came with a 6 pack of bbq sauces. He loved the ribs very tender and not fatty just right. He tried all the bbq sauces and liked them all, LOL! But there is so much more than barbeque to enjoy here. My husband had the venison Jagerschnitzel with mashed potatoes and a wild mushroom sauce. He let me taste a little. I grew up eating venison and this must have been from the tenderloin. Very tender and flavorful. I had the chef's special pan grilled stone trout with lobster grits finished with a crawfish Hollendaise sauce. OMG. I loved it. The trout was perfect, the grits were amazing, and the crawfish Hollendaise really was the perfect finish just the right viscosity not too thick and just enough to compliment but not overpower the lovely trout. I especially love the live micro greens they have growing at the front door to scatter over the top of finished dishes. The only problem is it is difficult to get reservations due to being so popular. So we went early 5:00 PM and got seated right away. I will certainly go back and highly recommend Valley Smoke BBQ.

I had the brisket sandwich that was divine and a chocolate dark beer. It wasn't perfect. Pommes were warm not hot, there was not a huge amount of brisket on roll, plate was huge make meal look for the price undersized, but I still say with the atmosphere it is a five. Oh don't get pineapple on the head down dessert- it's a failure, no taste. $8!!!! I'm not a cook and I could have done it better. It has sprinkled coconut on ice floor, egg. Outside is beautiful, simple deck with cool benches. If I lived closer, I would go there all the time.

Amazing! We had brunch a few weeks ago. Best chickens and waffles ever! Dinner this week was just as wonderful! The maize bread and pork buckle appetizer was so good! My husband and I shared the 2 meat combo dinner and had to take food home. The brisket and pulled pork were killed! Can't wait to go back!

Visited this restaurant for lunch today. Had the blackened snapper sandwich. It was delicious! Highly recommend this place!!!
