A dinner at Vai in Lübeck is always an amazing experience. This time we have the 4 course dinner with great meat, as we last time had their 4 course fish/shellfish dinner. Both menus are fantastic and at very resonable prices. The staff and service is very friendly and competent, so you in the best hands here.A must-dine place in northern Germeny!

A perfectly delicious meal in a stylish yet relaxed setting. Mouthwatering and perfectly al dente tagliatelle with a flavour-packed veal ragout, real comfort food. Desert was equally good, absolutely loved the yoghurt-lime icecream, refreshing and exciting. Very nice service, attentive yet relaxed. Will definitely be back as soon as I can.

We ate here in the Courtyard because of the reviews, and were not disappointed. The staff were fantastic and spoke excellent English (our German, not so good). The food was beautifully presented and cooked. A special meal, rather than an everyday one. German food but presented in a modern way, with a twist.

Nothing, nothing to complain - but a lot to praise: wonderful staff, superb food, great atmosphere, no music (yes!), everything was just as it should be. Very, very good place to dine and we will certainly come back.

Very nice balance between German dishes and Italian touch. Something to try. In particular the selection of entrees and the pork chicks are delicious
