Umami Ramen - Reservar uma mesa

Best ramen I've ever had so far! I got the black garlic tonkatsu. All the flavors, textures all on point. I'm not sure what they use for the spice(that they offered on side) but it has a nice smokey flavor with a nice kick.. Honestly the broth was so danggood it didn't need any spice for flavor, but I love my spice and used the whole bowl given ????

I have never had real Ramen before and OMG it did not disappoint!! All girl staff today, food was hot, carefully packaged separately, and fresh. It was rich broth with so much flavor!! Thank you for an amazing dinner, I will be back.

Got the shrimp tempura, black garlic tonkotsu, and spicy tonkotsu. Some delicious Ramen! Everything came hot and fast. Broth was flavourful. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Will come back for sure.

Got the Black Garlic Tonkotsu, and oh man!! It was so yummy and the pork just melts in your mouth. Will be coming back for sure, as those noodles are just perfect!
