Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tonight was a horrible experience. I was confused on the order process that this location has, prompting me to move forward at the drive thru. The crewmember saw me and continued to walk forward. I went back to the intercom and noticed that the drive thru closed at 8pm, requiring customers to order online for pickup or door dash. I ordered online and went into the store. NO ONE addressed and the crewmember and manager continued to talk amongst themselves. Another customer arrived and was greeted and asked what they ordered. Still, no one came to assist me. Finally, my order arrived at the hands of the crewmember that ignored me at the window. When I addressed him about it, he dismissed me and walked off. I asked for management, and they apologized but never reprimanded the crewmember for their actions. This will be the LAST time ever order anything from this establishment.

Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Could have probably flown from Birmingham to Atlanta in the amount of time it took to receive our food. Not worth the wait.
