Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ernesto was very very rude. We went through drive thru this morning and when paying with my debit card the machine would not let me change it to no tip. I asked Ernesto and he said it’s already on “no tip” so I continued to pay. When I got my receipt it showed that a tip was charged so when I tell Ernesto he became very defensive and rude telling me he did not say anything to me about no tip. I did not appreciate his lying so I asked if he could cancel my transaction (after treating me that way I definitely did not want to leave a tip to Ernesto) but said he could not do anything about it. I asked for a manager and said he was the authority but nothing can be done and yes he knew he was rude and didn’t care. He tells me I can call the number on the receipt for any complaints and the managers name is Steve. The principal here is not the tip. It’s about customer service. This is the last time my family and I come to this place. Either their employees are not taught how to treat their customers in a respectful and friendly manner or they just don’t care.

Visited drive through. Person taking my order was unfriendly and gave the impression she was bothered monotone. When taking my order I said thank you to the young lady. She gave me my drink and closed her window. Completely ignored my “thank you”. Good drink. Rude staff. I diverted from my commute to go to this place for the 1st time only to encounter unfriendly people. Will not be going again.

Would give no stars if it was an option ?? this is the second time I get a wrap that’s completely cold inside !! I don’t know who needs to hear this but THE WRAPS NEED MORE WARMING TIME it’s getting ridiculous and getting a wrap that feels like it just got taken out of a fridge is horrible… DO BETTER tropical smoothie

Their free smoothie reward does not work! The manager told me he cannot do anything. Do NOT download their app.The store said I have 42 points and the app said I have 482 points after buying 6 smoothies. I did NOT receive a free smoothie after my first purchase.I definitely prefer Smoothie King.

I didn't like the quesadilla one the chicken tasted horable it tasted like expired this is like the second time I go I'ma need the corporate office number or someone higher unbelievable I told my family and friend not to go their
