It is not much to see, and if you do not pay attention to 'll go right by. Make yourself a favor and turn around, go back and find this place! We drove through TX on the way to Alabama and stayed the night in Ft. Stockton. Once we were on the street, we started looking for a place for lunch, and that was about the only place nearby without trace. But the reviews looked good, so we decided to give him a shot. We wore our masks and saw everything from California. The place was full, it's not really big inside, so full is a relative term of guys that don't look like that at all. They were all hands or something. They wore all their workwear boots while I wore shorts and flip-flops! Although I was driving an F-150 in my defense. It reminded me of the Pace picante sauce commercials from the '90s NEW YORK CITY?... get a rope For for a second the place fell silent when we came in. But the males were all regular and could not have been more beautiful or more beautiful. The lady who owns the café, as well as the motel in which it is located, could not be more gracious and friendly his name has completely escaped me. Her young daughter-in-law was actually the first person we set on the way, and she couldn't have been nicer. The free chips and salsa were excellent. She told us she just gets the chips from Sam's club and heats them up in some oil, but the salsa is fresh and handmade from her. And it was delicious. The burgers may be the best of my wife and I've ever eaten. Mine was wrapped in a tortilla as I like it, and I added some of the homemade salsa. Beef was fresh and full of taste. The frits were thick and crispy. And people couldn't have been nicer. If I could give him six stars, I would. You won't regret this stop. I have no pictures of it, unfortunately, so the couple I posted are just a few miles away. The owner was nice enough to give us an alternative way back to the highway, which us over the bridge and through some beautiful rolling hills. I thought the weed sign was funny.
