Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I've gone in on few occasions to get treats for the office, but on both occasions the staff were rude. On both occasions my initial helper couldn't understand me and referred me to their supervisor. Today I bought 2 dozen donuts and the guy flipped my donuts upside down destroying the tops with chocolate glaze. I know it's a losy job but gheesh!

Normally pretty good, but as of recently I've been noticing that the service has been a bit.. worse? They keep forgetting things I order past the names of the items (i.e. asking for no sauce on something).

Always steep tea. I'm the oldest in London. Younger gets the lemonade. Timber likes the Timbits. Great for a quick snack. All the time.

Long lines and slow times in the drive through but inside was alright

Good service. Mostly with orders. Coffee always on the ground.
