a fair and honest assessment. the sign outside says under new management ... the pub itself was inviting like the bar staff we had Sunday presentation was ok. the bark was nice like the vege. the bratkartoffels were slightly underboiled and the engraving for my personal desire too thin. the yorkies were nice. price wise was 't too bad, but I had better for less 'll give it a few months before I dare again, but I will try again.

After an unsettled couple of years and constant management changes, we stopped going in, but decided to call over for a couple of pints last night as heard it was under new management. Felt very welcoming and had a brief chat with the new landlord who was very pleasant. We aren't ones for eating out but they were serving food and it looked very nice. Good to have a catchup with some of the locals.

I enjoyed my meal here. the personal was very friendly and welcoming, and eating was good for the price. only negatiw was that a considerable amount of the menu was not available, but the personal was apologetic and accommodating. I would come back!

Visited twice recently. Was hoping to eat (1.30pm ish) but food only being served after 4pm despite lunchtime menu boards in carpark. 2nd visit was weekend and we managed to get a light bite.

the first time we were in the diaper for eating since they changed the chef. the food was nice, we enjoyed every last piece of food. credit to the cook and we will be safe again!
