The Wheatsheaf - Reservar uma mesa

So about 4 years ago I was heading home on the motorbike and hit a pot hole, it burst my back tire and I pulled over. Phone nearly dead I walked into this pub, they looked after me so well, charged my phone warmed me up with their fire and I relaxed whilst awaiting recovery. Now I stop by every week to have a beer and say hello to the locals who are always so welcoming and friendly. Such a great staffing team and I’m happy to help with my contribution each week to keep them going. Truly is hard to find people and service like this, keep going Ronny and team it’s a beautiful place you’ve created and the food and drinks are brilliant.

We did a walk on the nearby hills overlooking Cheltenham, Pub is 3 minutes drive from the Walks Park. This Pub looks fairly ordinary from the outside but is interesting inside with wood panelling and comfortable furniture. Food wise the four of us thoroughly enjoyed the wide ranging menu. A smaller lunchtime and sandwich menu was also available. My gammon etc was excellent as were the ham and chips and beef salad for the others. The ladies in the bar and waiting on us were really friendly and efficient and took a real shine to our dog. Pleasant beer garden is available if the weather is suitable.

Fantastic music venue and also very nice burger and chips for lunch. Well poured Guinness and friendly service. Lovely garden with wooden benches.Sausage and cider festival soon.
