really super local pub. friendly bar staff and a warm welcome from locals. we unexpectedly landed in the local Quizz night. hard asking, but great worth for money and a good laugh. Eating was also great. dog-friendly. they had a place for caravans and camp back and stay a good number of people. great place, the visit of hikers, sights or campers worth.

The hosts were fantastic who went out of their way to be helpful. The meals were reasonably priced with good portions. The campsite facilities were as expected, however they allowed us to use a fireplace when we asked. The showers were great and fairly powerful for their type. Overall, we had a good time with excellent hosts.

Lovely country village pub, 10 min walk from cycle trail. Plenty tables outside, good choice of beers and cider. Excellent food and very reasonably priced. Nice, helpful and polite staff. Well worth a stop.

Brilliant pub.. Really friendly staff.. Great location for walks and fantastic value for money for food. Highly recommend. Great beer garden. They even cater for horses!!
