We organised a surprise leaving/emigration party for my mum this afternoon. Whilst having an amazing roast dinner with immediate family, friends set to decorating the dining room. When a few guests arrived at the wrong time with mum spotting them, Lino the manager was quick off the mark ushering them away to their ‘pretend’ table. Helen and her team made the most amazing cakes, Pip and Co were just so understanding and nothing was too much trouble. The food was traditional home cooked pub food, really tasty. We would highly recommend.

the member of the staff who took entry payments was incredibly rude and aggressive to me. she was incredibly disrespectful and made me cry. will never go back.

Wednesday is lunch special price,fish and chips or spicy chicken with chips mushy peas Excellent and great value
