The Stork - Reservar uma mesa

Perhaps one of the oldest pubs in the town as it was built in 1918. The fixtures fittings are in keeping with the period so its a pleasant drinking environment the staff are friendly. Beer selection is limited but if you like old period pubs then you'll love The Stalk. They also have a rather large back yard now converted into a smoking area beer garden with a large screen tv for those of you who enjoy football. The pubs location next to tge job centre in a less attractive part of town may detur the more snobby pub officianado's but trust me on this. Its a real treat for a proper fan of old interesting pubs.

one of my favorite pubs in birkenkopf, havnt visited for a few years, we came on Saturday afternoon and really enjoyed us, hot bratereien and gays and whistles where laid on the bar for everyone to stuck was a beautiful surprise, definitiw my going into the pub when I arrive in the brkenhead from now on.

Unfortunately there were no real ales, but the guinness was good. a real jewel of a place with mosaic floor and etched windows. a listed pub full of Victorian charm. worth visiting if they are in the opposite.

large small alcohol, cool juckie, decent ale, swimming pool, has great bar stuff. "nuff said!
