Visited today and had the Sunday roast sharing platter it was first class. It was very tasty and plentiful. We had a lovely table with view over the marshes and Welsh hills and our little dog was given a lovely welcome too The price is very reasonable and had we not been driving we would have added a bottle wine for only £10. The small plates are not that small, in fact ideal for an average lunchtime appetite. The chunky chips were frozen just before you ordered them. Ditto other ingredients which puts the quality on a par with 'spoons. Nice staff and reasonable prices. Don 't let me put you off, but deffo only 3 stars. Just visited for drinks as hadn't been there for ages. Totally different from last time. Good selection of drinks and friendly efficient staff who made you feel welcome. Will definitely call in again. Price per person: £20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
