The Red Kite Pub

First visit here and definitely the last! Waited nearly an hour for food even though there were only a few tables in. Burger was quite tasteless with chips that tasted days old with coleslaw that looked even older. Sweet potato rosti was more like a mushed pattie which tasted awful. There was no apology or explanation as to why food took so long. The only good point it’s dog friendly

The Red Kite is under new management and what a difference it’s made! I would definitely recommend a visit there. It’s now clean, warm and friendly unlike when the previous tenants had it. The staff are also friendly, professional and well presented. I really wish the new management the best of luck and hope they can make it work to keep this lovely pub open.

The first time we have been since it recently re-opened under new management. There was a lovely warm welcome from Cameron who gave us the menus and explained the daily specials. The service was great and the food was excellent! We will be back and I will be recommending the Red Kite to all my friends.

Walked in for Sunday lunch. Staff were spot on. Food delicious, even provided a take away option for one of our party. Good portions. Couldn't fault it in any shape or form. Nice relaxed atmosphere. 2nd time I've been in a week.

We went tonight after re opening. The food was fantastic! the staff were lovely and could not have done more for us! Lewis and the young lady who served us were great! Definitely be back again very soon and highly recommend! :
