The Red Ass Licensed Curry and Noodle Cafe

It's been some time since we visited however as in the past it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly, know their stuff and carry out their duties efficiently. I had the Chicken Thai Green curry that was delicious and with medium heat was just right for me. My wife had the Garlic Prawns with fresh vegetables in an oyster and soy sauce that she thought unusual at first however thoroughly enjoyed it as she made her way through.Both dishes came with rice and pappadums. We also had 2 beef satay sticks with peanut sauce and a serve of roti chana pan fried Indian bread that was delicious. I noticed that they have a separate room for children with toys and amusements that will be good for us when we come with our granddaughter. All in all a pleasant night out with brownie points earned for me from my wife!

Used to love this place. Called in for a good Pad Ti (as I remembered it) was served a discussing gluggy mess with what looked like pre cooked chicken. One price of broccoli in the green Currie was supposed to be vegetables. The place looks tired and grubby. I won't be back even with a entertainment card discount. Don't know what's changed but I'm really sad.

My husband and I popped in one night on our way home for some takeaway, it was the smell of the food that instantly lured us into the shop. The older lady who served us wasn't very friendly so lacking in the customer service department :( The food was ok but to our disappointment the serving size was way overpriced so we will probably never go there again...

We had a delicious meal, starting with samosas, vegetarian spring rolls and chicken skewers. Mains we had Thai green chicken curry, beef madras and pepper chicken with garlic roti. Yummo. Absolutely tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful meal at this location - we ordered our meal, indicated we had to be out on time to see the movie at the cinema nearby and .... excellent service, great food AND we made it to the movie in time!!
