The Proprietor - Reservar uma mesa

First visit in a long time to the Albury Wodonga region and I was surprised at the amount of high quality eatery's that are on offer. Found the Proprietor for breakfast and was surprised just how alive and vibrant it was on a cold winter's morning. Staff were great treating every guest with that personal touch and ensuring everyone was satisfied. Food was top notch as was the coffee. Have eaten at both the popular Mr Benedict and The Proprietor, this would get my vote by a smidge. How lucky to live in a place with such choices..

Passing through town on a Monday morning and dropped in here based on Trip Advisor recommendation.Great busy vibe with a clientele leaning toward the business end of town. Excellent food and service. Best to book ahead if you want a table to yourself as a lot of the seating is communal.If you are trying to find it, it is located on the corner diagonally opposite Coles/Kmart. We drove straight past it as there is no obvious sign out front.

We had breakfast here again last weekend and the quality of both the food and the service is terrific. This place is usually busy so you may have to wait a few minutes for a table, alternatively I think you can book. The food choices are interesting and varied, the coffee is consistently good and the service friendly and efficient. We don't have breakfast out that often but when we do this is our number one choice in Albury.

Nice atmosphere. Had a pleasant brunch here with my daughter and Grand daughter. Good quality food and coffee and, to my surprise, the owner overheard that it was my birthday and brought over a complimentary cake. Thoroughly recommended venue.

This was a real surprise. Upmarket smart and imaginative cuisine at reasonable prices. The quality of the food was definitely right up there. My favourite - the gnocchi and chorizo - brilliant!
