The Pommelers Rest

I want to report an incident that happened at your pub on Saturday, 16 September 23. One of your staff members mistreated an elderly lady, assuming she was selling magazines, and without any reason, forced her to leave without even giving her a chance to explain herself. The staff member should have communicated with her properly and not disrespected her. We tried to speak with your manager, Mr Ali, in person and over the phone with Mr Osman to understand why they mistreated her. We even requested them to check the cameras to find out what happened. But unfortunately, after a conversation over the phone and listening to Osman's excuses, he dismissed the situation as a miscommunication and hung up on us. As concerned customers, we feel that this kind of behaviour towards an elderly lady is unacceptable. We would appreciate it if higher management could acknowledge it to assure us that this will not happen again.

Good atmosphere in a great location close to Tower Bridge. The food is very reasonabley priced. They unfortunately forgot my appetizer but were very quick to make it right by refunding my money.

We called in for a drink. The staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have a drink in London at a reasonable price a rare commodity today.

We were staying in a hotel just up the road. Lovely to pop in for drinks and snacks (ordered from the app) Nice large pub with friendly staff.

This is my Local !!!! I have my lunch there often Chicken Wings and a Pint of Guinness for a Tenner £10
