The Peahen - Reservar uma mesa

It's a lovely space. Nice interior which is warm and welcoming and an enclosed large space outside which is laid out in such fun ways. Why 3 stars...it can get very full very loud and quite rowdy. And even though the loudness and rowdiness is from young ones having good fun, it has this feeling of it wouldn't take much for all hell to break loose'. On quieter days, it is clean, feels airy and spacious inside and has quite a nice vibe.

Food was pretty good, some good, some not so good but this could be purely based on personal taste and not necessarily a reflection of the food being served. I would definitely try something else here to give it another chance. Bar staff were friendly and attentive. Food was a little slow and a bit less than warm when it arrived! But overall a pleasant place to visit.

it is a really cozy place with a beautiful garden and one of the best sunday roasts I have ever eaten! the chicken and sweet were really delicious and the sauce was just perfect. in addition, all staff members very friendly and polite. I'll be right back here when I'm in st albans.

friendly at the bar when ordering, eating came fast, portions were large and tasty. Internal and external seat, with a lot of options with hockey, sessel and benches, as large as possible for groups with reservations, if necessary.

Lovely restaurant bar. Great cocktail selection as well as beers. Loads of gins! The food was super yummy and nice big portions. The staff was friendly too. Location good in the centre of town.
