The Old Steps Bistro

Excellent food and customer service. We all had the mixed staters, the corn cake was my favourite and not many places do them, all of the starters were delicious. We all have different mains. The larb gai was perfect, I had Green curry and it was spicy and full of flavour, my son had a pad kra pow which he demolished in 5 mins and my youngest had Pad Thai and said it was the best he’d ever had, we eat a lot of Thai food. 100% recommend My Thai and will certainly visit again when in Leeds.

We absolutely loved it. We booked in 1 hour before dining, and I'm glad we did because this gem was full and turning eat in diners away. They also do take away orders which didn't impair the quality of the food for diners eating in. We both had the mixed starter and then a main all of the food was delicious. Service was impeccable, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Prices were more than reasonable! Amazing and highly recommended.

We managed to get a late evening walk in and what a find. Tucked away down a back street. We had the mixed starters, Tom Ya soup and shared a Panag curry. Amazing. The service was fast and food freshly cooked from the small kitchen at the back. £40 for the fantastic food and 2 glasses of wine. We couldn’t fault it.

Accommodated 7 of us at short notice. Excellent bargain set menu. Reasonably priced drinks. Good balance of mild and spicy. Tamarind duck an absolute winner. Total find.

Great setting, good service, great prices. Too salty! Both my partner and I were dying of thirst a couple of hours later. Shame.
