The Melting Pot

My great Valentine's Day surprise was a trip to The Melting Pot, a restaurant I wanted to go to since high school, and it was the best restaurant date I ever was. It is definitely more than a meal, it is an experience. The staff was so incredibly friendly. Our drinks were on the house, I guess they did this because my friend and I pressed how excited we were to be there for the first time. My friend said we could all go and get extra desserts and everything I wanted, so I decided for the four course meal. I got the vegetarian duck and it was so much food, I was more than satisfied what I'm worried about when I went out to eat. I don't remember the name of the bartender, but he had a great personality and made my friend a very tasty cocktail before we came to our table. Our server was Zach and he was absolutely wonderful and very informative and helpful as we have never been in a fondue restaurant. Even the atmosphere was like no other restaurant. The stand was so cozy and intimate, and I loved that I had the opportunity to cuddle next to my friend. The additional dessert plate we ordered had a red velvet cheese cake on it, which shames any other cheese cake known to man. Like no joke, hands down, even after all the food we've already eaten, my friend and I just had to finish this cheesecake. It was the best cheese cake I ever had.

Cheese Fondue was good, service was excellent our server was incredible friendly and fun to work with, chocolate Fondue was delicious, the meats fondue, I was not that impress with the quality, overall nice experience, We were there celebrating our anniversary.

Food was excellent, waiter was very personal. Occasionally a little slow (also for a fondue meal), but our waiter seemed a little thin and was coughing to stay as timely as possible. All in all, a great experience and we will be back!

AWESOME time! Thank you very much and we would like to give a special shout-out to our waiter Zak who was extremely attentive and took that extra moment with the people in wheelchairs. Thanks for making a great time awesome.

Literally the best meal I’ve eating in years! I will come back again before the month is out! The service is fantastic, the managers are wonderful and the food it beyond!
