overall it was not a great experience. the highlight was the vegan cheese foefondue! my friend and I could say it was vegan cheese, but it was delicious without doubt. even my mom tried and liked it. the vegan options were also small. the waitress knew very little about veganism and said that I was the first vegan she served there. after that it was kind of downhill. it must have forgotten the difference between vegan and vegetarian. for the main course she brought out the vegetarian escape instead of the vegan. she also misunderstood us on which sauces are vegan. a thing she specifically said was “this contains yogurt, so it is one of the vegan.” I quickly reminded her that it can’t be vegan when it contains yogurt. I don't blame them as much as I accuse this food chain for not recovering their server. because it is so expensive, I would have hoped for a better overall experience as they offer vegan options. oh, and if you were hoping to dive brot into the cheese fondue, it won't happen. the only options are veggies. for the salat course it is obviously all sweet. for the protagonist it is all sweet and tofu. for the dessert course it is all fruit. it was not a very filling eating and my like was very angry at me because I had eaten so much fiber. the only reason why I give 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the vegan cheesefondue. young it was good! look at the picture of the menu / ingredients so that they can make it home instead of wasting their time and money here.

Well... the food cane out good besides some of the steak meat was very “tendony” but the service was so bad. The waitress we had didnt even introduce herself of take the time to listen to us when we were ordering. When she did bring the food she sort of just slapped it down and alot of times it was an aggressive thing it seemed like. When she went to take the pot away she didnt close the lid all the way it ended up splashing my husband with hot boiling liquid and she didnt even apologize to us for it. While making the Cheese she was splashing it EVERYWHERE and was banging the fork on the side of the pot(which i know youre not suppose to do) She was quick in and out. Usually the waitresses/waiters take their time and are super nice but this time it was just terrible for servise. I definitely expected more.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My partner and I are both vegan and were amazed with all the delicious vegan fondue options from start to finish! Our server Christina was absolutely wonderful and kindly checked in with the chefs to make sure everything we got was safe for us to eat. She was super knowledgeable and friendly! The ambiance was wonderful and everything was so clean and inviting. Will definitely be returning here in the future.

we had a waitress that was helpful when my man was vegan. she pointed out which menu options he could have the rest of the party, advised him to cook his food before the meat and to bring extra sweet free. we didn't know about vegan cheese or chocolate. So I don't know if it wasn't at this place or what was available. the “main” part was not worth the money and it didn’t taste great. I wouldn't recommend getting more vegan.

tonight was my first experience at the melting pot and it was amazing. AJ was our server and he gave the best service. It was my birthday and without me asking he brought out a happy birthday plate with dessert. that was the best surprise and it made my night!! we will be coming back:
