The Juice Norwood

I have been going her for past 3ish years with my close friend and I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. I always get an ACAI bowl (it 's my fav) and it 's always yummy. The fruit is always so fresh and my order is made so fast. The owner Marci is the sweetest and once she noticed my friend and I coming in so often she would always have a conversation with us and make us feel welcomed. The staff is also so awesome!! During covid they did GREAT with keeping up with all the protocols. It was so nice they did this because I wanted to support a small business during COVID, but also be safe. They moved to a new location and it is so beautiful and even more spacious. Whenever my friends want to go out for bowls or sandwiches this it the first place I recommend. The owners attitude is deplorable I use to go to this juice bar every day and noticed the owner was a bit on edge and just assumed maybe she's having a bad day but that turned out to be Everyday she's only kind to A certain Race of people, and the workers are not so customer friendly either not sure if it's because they work for that owner or not. I used to purchase a smoothie and a avocado toast daily sometimes 2xs a day I would purchase smoothies. After the last incident I decided she doesn't deserve my business and she needs to take a few lessons in Customer service because she is A NASTY WOMAN. Terrible. And I can only post my review if I give them a Star so I had to give 1 but actually it's 0000000000

I usually get the tropical smoothie from here and add spirulina when I'm in a hurry and can't make my own smoothie. It is just ok and definitely does not trump any smoothie that I've made at home. The best way to describe it is that it tastes like an orange juice smoothie. There is orange juice in it and it is definitely orange juice forward and always lumpy. The mango and pineapple in it is definitely either not ripe or used in very small amounts.

Great service. I had a smoothie put into 2 small cups so I could share with my 3 year old and having her own straw literally made her day.

acai bowls are great with lots of choices for toppings. also love their breakfast sandwiches. staff is super nice!!
