The Jolly Farmer

We go to the pub for a good healthy home cooked meal from their extensive menu. All cooked to order and you can say that the dishes are homemade. I had the homemade chicken, bacon and ragcake with mash from the Specials Board, delicious and piping hot. My friend had a Quattro Stagioni pizza, great to get the pizzas back up and as good as ever. Service as always was brilliant. Another beautiful evening at The Jolly Farmer. We look forward to our next visit.

We thought the food was thriving, even though they had run out of quite a lot of things. The garden was great and the children enjoyed the playground. It was from the miserable manager who was short with their customers and not helpful.

Seems a pleasant enough country pub, with a varied food menu and good beers. BUT the WORST service I have ever suffered.
