I never liked to go to Ivy for a meal because the vegan options were so limited. However, they now have a new vegetarian and vegan menu with a range of appetizers, nets and desserts that are unique and very tasty. Make sure you ask for the vegan/vegetarian menu when you arrive, as the standard menu is not marked. I had only the new vegan Courgette spaghetti and it was very unusual, but also delicious. I would have liked some more actual courgette in it, but they add u a side pot of tomato sauce and it is very delicious; unlike any vegan pasta dish I had before! The portions are decent, but it is obviously expensive for what it is (but this is expected in the Ivy). You now also have a vegan tomato soup for appetizers and a vegan Pana Cotta for dessert, which I definitely try when I visit next time! They also have their classic veggie and vegan dishes on the menu. will definitely go to the Ivy now more often and I am so happy to see that they have made the effort to give us vegans more delicious options.
I wanted to give The Ivy more than three stars, but the vegan options fell flat. The food was nice enough, but nothing fantasy: salads, curry, sorbet, fruit. The restaurant and service were filled with attention to detail. The environment really makes a special culinary experience. With a better choice of vegan options, I would always return. PLEASE improve your vegan offers
Visited with two beautiful friends and had the best time! Eating here is a real experience and feels very luxurious. Vegan GF options are clearly marked with separate menus on request. Absolutely delicious food and cocktails (to check that are vegan). Will definitely be back on special occasions as quite expensive, but worth it!
