The Estuary - Reservar uma mesa

I always loved the Courtyard restaurant. In previous reviews I said it was the best restaurant in Swords. I know this restaurant is now closed. The standard of the food in the Harp bar is disgraceful to say the least. I feel the serving staff did their best but the people working in the kitchen don't seem to be trained in how to present a meal. When my meal arrived, I thought at first it was scrapping of old meals for the bin. We had 17 people with us for a birthday celebration and spend approx 900 euro between food and drink. I made a complaint the next day but there was no follow up whatsoever. Customer service in the Carnegie court is well and truly gone. I would avoid this restaurant in the future. Just look at the photo of my food. And, this was before I touched it. The Harp used to be such a great place to eat and drink. I regret that I have to make such a negative review of a previously great place to go.

Exceptional customer service and quality of produce. Visited 16 February 2020 Fantastic value and very good quality producer. Comfortable surroundings. Special mention to the chef who hand delivered my daughters food to the table. Such a nice thing to do. service. It’s good to support local businesses. Keep up the great work.
