The only person who doesn't like this place is the Princess of Daddy. Super friendly staff, relaxed diving atmosphere without diving bar, beautiful ambience. Great drinks. Bartenders are very friendly and accommodating. The alcoholic milkshakes are supposed to die for... basically an adult version of Mr. Softee. Boozy Shakes My God... they are heavenly. This is what adult ice cream should be! Please, give me more! Hofer: A cinnamon god smiles over us. Alcoholic ice red hots candy. Cake Cake cake: A cake god smiles over us. Alcoholic cakebatter. Triple chocolate (I think this is the name : The chocolate gods smile over us. Alcoholic deep, dark Godiva chocolate. It could have been the most beautiful chocolate I ever tasted in my life. Eat truffle Tater Tots: A These were masterful. The perpetrators were boiled so that the outer skin was crispy, but the inner potato was soft and onion. It fits really well with the Gooey Fontina cheese bacon (but honestly what *wouldn 't* go well with bacon? It comes in a cast iron skill that makes the dish as attractive as it is delicious. I would not get this dish to eat it here, otherwise the perpetrator darts would probably get soggy in the sauce (or if you have to, maybe the sauce on the side. Pigs in a Blanket: A These are, I believe, made here. Pork in a blanket is usually a cylindrical dough with a cocktail front fur in the middle. These are more like a soft, airy cookie with the texture of a croissant with a Frankfurter in the middle. They were shy. I think it might have been slightly oily, otherwise I would have given it an A. Classic Sliders: A I'm usually disappointed by sliders, but they're correct here. Usually sliders are too large or have too high bread to meat ratio. These are really wonderful. Small and perfectly built, delicious meat. They reminded me of the street food from Dominican Republic (but even better! The cheddar is really cheddar. The onions are well caramelized. BTW, most restaurants just cook onions... So you know a good restaurant from a bad... a good restaurant knows how to caramelize onions. You do it sloooowly. You can speed up the process by introducing a bit of sugar, but that only works to a point. These onions were delicious. It tastes like they were cooked in wine?!? I am not sure, but they had a very unique (and very tasty quality to them. Loaded friends: Like the perpetrators, the frits were fried so that they were crispy and crispy outside, and the insides were soft and fluffy. Maybe they were the best I've ever eaten. No fools. My mother, who is a very hard food critic, said the same (I was flabbergasted when she mentioned it, and I fully agree with her! EXCELLENT!!! Love your bacon! The Burger: A See what I wrote for the Classic Sliders. Most of what I wrote is true. I would probably go over the burger for the sliders because I prefer the size, but the burger is still an A in his own right. Chorizo Nachos: B I didn't care about her, sad. The cheese wasn't right. It seemed like fake Cheddar, and there wasn't enough sour cream. Some luxuries and ingredients like marinated artichokes heart beans would go a long way. And another cheese (and more of it). Each bar is allowed to have her herd, but it is sad that the digging dish was Nachos, because it was such a simple dish to make brilliant.
