The Crescent Fish Chips

We live just up the road so this is our local chippy and we only ever take away although it should be noted you can sit in and I often see people doing this. I am not the world 's biggest chippy lover but we had these for tea the day we moved into our house and ever since then have both been hooked. We have even got fish/sausage and chips from here when we 've had family visiting and they 've agreed it is a great chippy. The curry sauces are delicious too! People often say to us you live near that great chippy so the place has a good reputation too.

Staff are really friendly. Always clean and tidy you can sit in to if you decide too. Reasonably priced and fab food. I would love to see a vegan option one day. But normally just have chips and peas or the staff are happy to give me bread with out butter if i have chippy butty. The best chippy in the area for sure.

I really do love the crescent chippy, the staff are easy to make friends with. I really reccomend the cheesy chips and slushy. I am 12 years old and this truly, one of the best.

Best chippy about without doubt, I travel 15 miles just to go here, my lad is a fussy eater and he loves it too! And the pies OH MY GOD stunning!

Fab chippy, lovely food, friendly staff...well worth a visit! We called in while on holiday, all the family enjoyed fish and chips x
