The Chip Stop - Reservar uma mesa

Asked for large Cod and chips as this was the only Fish on the menu ... fish was cooked to order which is great so happyly waited for 7 mins so a fresh piece of Atlantic Cod . The fish looked good with a nice batter and chips are decent . But sadly the fish didn't deliver the buttery firm sweet taste it was very soft and mild like alaskan Pollock .

Delicious, moderately priced and reasonably sized portions. Not too fatty. Within easy and pleasant strolling distance of Mayflower Marina. Call ahead and it will be ready and waiting for you. A semi-regular, whenever we visit Plymouth (2nd home here). A warm welcome from Paul and Linda. Recommended.

Was picking something up when I saw this chippy. Delicious fish freshly cooked crisp batter went for regular size medium sized fish and chips enough for me today but may choose large next time battered sausage good too according to husband.

Ok, the chippy this evening was nice. However, we feel very let down by the portion sizes . I'm not sure how anyone would feel it is acceptable to give such a little amount..

Live a little away and even after traveling home batter remained crispy, chips still really nice. Could have been slightly larger chip portions for men, but very pleasant!
