The Cherry Tree

I don't live locally and visiting my parents we came for the Sunday Roast around 3pm, (to avoid the rush), and I was knocked out by the Food! The veg was bright and not stewed and the Lamb tender. The dessert, (I had Bakewell Pudding with a lovely berry sauce and proper custard) was also great. Good portions, all obviously cooked from scratch and more than worth the very reasonable price. The service was quick despite how deservedly busy the place was, and the Staff super organised and friendly. My Mum and Dad are regulars and I can see why. Right up there with my Mum's cooking and she doesn't have to lift a finger. Thank you!

A great little spot on the outskirts of Soham, a pub that doesn’t sacrifice on the quality of the food and not overcharging for the drinks! In addition the staff are lovely and attentive, allowing us freedom when customising our meals. Lovely place if you’re looking for decent food but don’t want to break the bank! Was ok, my mum who kindly offered to pat for the bill was a bit surprised with the automatic 10% extra service charge that was added on without asking. There wasn't anything on the menu suggesting that would happen... just be aware. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
