The Chequers - Reservar uma mesa

We visit our friends quite often in Tadworth and I must say that the new look Chequers is absolutely stunning. We came in for lunch and found it hard to decide what to eat as the menu had so much variety on it. I opted...for the vegetarian beetroot wellington and I was not disappointed, it was delicious, my friend had a burger which looked equally fab. He did say it was one of the best burgers around. We will certainly be returning next time I am in the area. Thank you to everyone at the Chequers x

what a disappointment, booked a pod, but not in the position to open a tab, all drinks and eat on the app are ordered or go into the bar and pay them as they go. no good word of 7 adults about eating, my triple. Sunday roast was so over cooked that it could have been from the previous Sunday. Finally we could order drinks from the app, two pints by youngs special. we received two pints of insipid flat slops, it was an insult to one of my favoritesales, they were sent back.

we chose an outside table where we had to order at the bar instead of table service. we ordered fish and chips. the diligent was not cooked in part and we complain. the chef admitted it was not right and offered a free whisper. I, I, I've disguised treacle, that was more like cake than tart. very disappointed by all the experience that is a scandal as we are in the pub.

Best roast dinner I've had in ages, concentrating more on flavour and making sure it's piping hot! To many pubs trying to look and sound fancy but miss the most important thing, taste.

delicious eating and very attentive staff it was a great place and so a wonderful garden and the interieur was immaculate
