The Capital Grille Las Vegas

The Capital Grille was great at helping us celebrate our dear friends birthday! Their signature drink ‘Stoli Doli’ was delicious. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and fun. I was, however, grossed out that our waiter used his hands to touch the front of his mask to move away from his face to be able to communicate. As a registered nurse, safety and hygiene are a must for me! The lobster bisque was amazing; creamy, full of flavor and a great portion of lobster chunks!!!!! I wish I would have stopped there!!! My spouse and I had the bone in rib-eye and we were slightly disappointed in the lack of flavor…it was just okay. The asparagus on the other hand was full of flavor and a so delicious. The lobster mac and cheese was also just okay, it lacked flavor and the creaminess I craved. The disappointment continued with the parmesan truffle fries, the flavor was just not there!!!! The fries tasted like regular French fries and old oil they were fried in…no taste of any truffle or even at least parmesan. The waiter did try to rectify the fry issue but still no good. I ordered a slice of the chocolate flourless cake (which is my favorite) to go and I was once again disappointed. When arrived to my room to devour the cake it was surrounded by melted whipped cream making the cake soggy! I just wish whom ever package the cake would have thought about the cream melting and not necessary since it was to go…indicating that it was not for immediate consumption. Overall, it was an okay experience

As always, the food was very good. It seemed noisy between the music and the noise of the diners higher noise level than I remember from past dining experiences at Capital Grille. We will definitely return

Always a great experience with perfectly cooked food and wonderful staff. Always our first restaurant stop in Las Vegas

Took my mom for her birthday. Superb experience, service was above beyond. Food was excellent as always

Had the Lobster Salad for lunch. It was fabulous with a glass of bubbly. Highly recommend
