The Canal Turn - Reservar uma mesa

Had heard the Canal Turn had re opened so thought we would give it a try, sorry to say we won 't be returning. Food was not nice it was greasy and the thin chips were nearly cold and over cooked. Not a patch on previous owner. Sorry but can only tell as we find. The Lady behind the bar was very pleasant tho, smiled etc 5 out of 5 for her. Menu to me is slightly odd... Gammon sandwich with apple sauce . I know you can 't please everyone but......

Lovely little pub. The view next to the canal is a big attraction. Food is a good standard, nothing mind-blowing and quick and easy. Food prices are good. Excellent for a chilled stop off for lunch or some hearty food.

Been before, I only ordered drinks, lipstick still on a glass, and coffee wasn't very hot, great service though, and would go again, I think it was just one of those things. So I think a 4 star rating is fair

Visited for a meal yesterday evening. Food was very good and well served. Would visit again.

Great location, very friendly staff. No real ale, beer choice very limited .
