The Broxden Manor

we were here on Sunday. we had a nice meal! special mention to brooke, our waitress! unfortunately they suffered at this time with storage problems. brooke has advised us about it and helped us through the menu. if something is from the waiter/arm control, it can be difficult to deal with them, but brooke was great! the only feedback I would give to the restaurant is that I think that the guests should be made aware of the storage problems at the door, not when they go to order.

by no disorder of the personal they had no quantity of available vegetarian objects (delivery problems that the personal went out of the to talk us through what they had to make sure we have something we liked and that was vegetarian. the customer service was excellent!

the food was delicious and good. mary was a sunbeam. very friendly, professional and warm. the younger staff, of whom there were 4 need an injection of customer service training. no smile, no glamour, chat with each other. mary. I give them five.

Food was awful...chips cold corn in the cob soggy. Daughter had tapas and 2 out the 3 had to be sent back as burned. Probably better food and cheaper at MacDonalds next door. Won 't be back....DEADFUL!!!! '

our server mary was fantastic and well maintained for us. eating was nice and service was super fast without waiting. highly recommended
