The Borough Brewery

My first impression of The Borough in Lancaster was not the best, but both the establishment and the city exceeded my expectations. The staff was efficient and courteous, guiding us to our room on the third floor and explaining the key and access information. The room was cozy and perfect for our two-night stay, and the bathroom was amazing - the bath was my favorite part. I highly recommend this hotel just for the bath alone. Breakfast was included and had great options for both vegetarians and vegans. I tried the vegan breakfast and it was delicious and more than I could eat. The staff was polite and deserving of compliments. I would rate the hotel 5 stars and Lancaster 4 stars, as I believe the city has even more potential. I never write negative reviews, so if I visited and didn't review, it wasn't a good experience.

I chose this hotel because they welcome dogs and I had a lovely experience with the amazing staff. The room was clean and lovely, with a really spacious shower. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was one of the best I've had in a while (the vegan breakfast also looked fantastic). I will definitely be returning.
