The Birch Tree, Flaming Grill

Lovely family meal this evening! Great choice of meals on the menu. The service was great from beginning to end, the food was quick to arrive, hot and delicious! It was our first time in the Clipper and it won’t be our last! Definitely a gem worth trying and a cosy, clean establishment. Thanks again!

Seems under new management, seems a bit more hospitable, let's see how the season sets out. Still plastic glass (not even polycarbonate, may be police instructions). Previous review below. Great for food, outside tables need a clean up but all in all, great pub. Update its cleaner outside now.

I visited here for a meal thursay at 16 o'clock. I and my cousin both ordered the 8oz rump steak. steak was cooked from this world and perfection. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only part is that the pub itself was very cold. I have dithered, even in a thick coat

Visited tonight for buy one get one free burgers, very festive In here and great service from our waitress Hilary and the rest of the team behind the bar.

nice eating every time, good atmosphere, personal are friendly and helpful. beautiful place for a night or a quiet drink in the week.
