The Beer Garden

THIS Place has been a bar as long as i can remember! It 's had it 's Share of Names Owners.It 's been Beer Garden,Marie 's Place,Buddy 's Tavern Many many more.Over the years ive had some great memories made here-The Best Are The 1 's with My Daddy Tony Evans. He 's deceased now since 98,He spent many hours(every1 teased him about)holdin up the Bar Here, Legion,Alabama Owls,Crazy 8 BackStreet..Lol.He was Always standin at end of bar holdin it up???He Never Sat Much in a bar he was Always at the End Of The Bars Standin.He was actually 1of the Many Owners Of Beer Garden,Him his Friends,Buddy 's all Hung Out in This Bar the others I Named as well as Back Street The H 'way Beverage.My Mom Has been a Bartender at all Bars mentioned as well as workin here many moons ago.I can 't remember the name when she worked there.I have some Good Memories w/friends family in Beer Garden,I also have some bad one 's(Like The Nights/Mornings I got put out put on barred list), not proud but been in a couple fights there.(I 'm Totally Not Same Person I Was Back Then)I 've Grown Up Grown Period,I 'm a Better Person 2day some that is owed 2the Lessons I Was Taught I learned at the BeerGarden.I 've known all the owners of the Bar,I Knew some from Family,Friends, Mom or Daddy so I 've been goin here since I was under 16yrs old. 1 Great Memory I have from here is Drivin Dwn Bessemer Super Hway Seein the Car I wanted 4my 16th B 'day Parked out Front w/a Big Ribbon Balloons Tied 2it.Also across My Windshield Said JUNE- BUG .I REMEMBER ME BALLIN MY EYES OUT WHEN I SEEN IT..LOL. I had No Clue He had Bought it Till I was Driving by Seen Balloons A Ribbon on the Dodge Colt Turbo I picked out I seen JUNEBUG Decal on Window Knew it was mine{I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I WENT IN 2THANK MY DADDY}I Was A Very Happy 16yr old....I was a Daddy 's Girl growin up,I enjoy goin in2 the BeerGarden Having my Daddy 's friends tell me how much I look like him how He Would b so Proud of me 2day...A friend from school actually owns it now-Carrie Pennington.They use 2have some Good Karaoke Nights w/good Dance Music,a dance floor, The Best Bartenders waitresses n Bessemer.They have Pool Tables, Jukebox,Dart board,Great drinks, Great Ppl,Great times= GREAT MEMORIES!!

Great place to waste time! Friendly atmosphere and great service. The patio is nice in the afternoons.
