Thai Orchids - Reservar uma mesa

I went to this restaurant for two years. Every time I went there, I would tell the server that the green beans and carrots were too hard (undeveloped), beef pieces very hard with veins (impossibly chew). The last time I was there was yesterday and the same happened. Seems like their standard of cooking can never change or improve, even after numerous and constant feedback from customers. The servers also have bad settings. After talking to my server about the food, the other server asked her what I said? When she told her, the other spoke a little back in her Thai language, and she sounded very rude. That's NO CLASS or Mom Pop Restaurant! I have set up my mind not to go back there, enough is enough!
