I got a beef bowl which had questionable chunks of beef. It was Battered and not the normal pieces you get at other Thai restaurants. Also had minimal vegetables. Then I also got a rice wrap shrimp spring roll. All it had was brown bagged iceberg lettuce with carrot bits, one quarter piece of shrimp. It has literally ZERO flavor. I?m threw it out. Tries to contact customer service and got no reply. I spend $27 on garbage. I?d rather go to the keg and get good quality food
I placed an order online and picked up the food. When I got home I realized that the two dishes did not include the meat options that I selected online. Its possible I made a mistake because the receipt said vegetables. I called in and asked if there was anything they could do and they were very happy to correct the order for me. I was very pleased with the service. The staff and the manager were both very friendly. The food also tasted amazing! Thank you so much!!
I wasn't sure if I was going to share this review, because I know this location is brand new, however after sleeping on it I felt it was worth sharing. I had went in on Friday evening and ordered a chicken pad see ew. I was in there approximately 5 minutes, and of which most of that was with a new employee trying to work the cash machine. Just ordered 2 general chicken Thairacha and it was awful!! The chickens were rock hard! How is that even possible for chicken to get rock hard like that and hurt your teeth with every bite? Also the last time I ordered my food was burned but I didnt leave bad review but this time I had to! The owner needs to pay attention to these bad reviews and train the staff!
