Tgi Fridays Liverpool Speke

The food in Fridays is amazing absolutely no complaints there at all, however my boyfriend ordered a chocolate milkshake (he normally has a lager but he was driving) The milkshake had merely a trace of chocolate in it (I don't like chocolate and I could only detect a trace) it was also so thin/watery it was like a glass of skimmed milk. Upon complaining to our server Gemma M she apologised and replaced it only for that one to be exactly the same, he was really so appalled he had to settle for a glass of coke (You can see by the photo how happy he was when it arrived that lasted as long as it took to take his first and only sip) The restaurant is immaculate, no problem there. I think if it wasn't for our server Gemma M who was absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and understanding he would of simply walked out. We had to stop at McDonald's on the way home for a milkshake that actually contained chocolate and was thicker than skimmed milk. So disappointed that Fridays (which is not cheap) Actually let the side down by something as simple as not getting a milkshake right. Take a lesson from McDonalds at the very least please TGI'S. For the poorest milkshake ever I have only rated 3 stars. Very disappointed

It was our first time visiting your restaurant tonight and we was waited on by a lady named ellie B if I’m correct , blonde young girl with glasses. She is an absolute credit to your company, very pleasant and made us feel extremely welcome, always on hand to refill our bottomless drinks with a smile! We never usually email restaurants we go to, but on this occasion we feel we had to. Myself and my husband as business owners ourselves where blown away by her customer service.

Poor quality food for high prices. Do yourself a favour and go else where. Measly portion of ribs and fries for nearly £30, bland burgers, and the kids hotdogs were disgusting. Also it advertised free kids meals but you have to read the small print as it's for members only. That'll be my last visit to TGI. also it was half empty whilst next door restaurants were heaving, I should have read the warning signs. Service: Dine in

Food was great and prompt. Our server Luci was fantastic attentive without hovering and was so friendly! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Sesame Chicken Strips
