Very disappointing experience here. I went in anticipating it to be good but I was very wrong. $31 spent for myself. The rice in the burrito was completely flavorless. The steak had no flavoring. I finished half the burrito and then ripped the other half open to reveal virtually no cheese at all. There was some diced tomatoes but the burrito had no flavor. They include salsa but a burrito should not need salsa. The fish taco was inedible. After spending $5 each I really did want to eat them but It had no flavor what so ever and had cheese melted on it. They were sold out of empanadas so I bought the chicken and beef egg roll. The chicken tasted not right at all but the beef was ok. They gave me a free cookie for following the Instagram page and the cookie was even bad.. I haven?t left a review for a food establishment in years but this one was unfortunately worthy.
I am thoroughly unimpressed. The food was unauthentic, cold, and did not have a nice presentation. When you click on the ?website? button on Google Maps, you are redirected to slice. However, according to the manager I spoke with on the phone, slice is not the preferred way of placing an order. Ordering was overall very confusing process and we ended up getting the wrong food with no apology from the manager.
My disappointment is immeasurable regarding the poor quality of the food here. If I assigned a 5 year old to make tacos having never before heard of one, they could pull together a better tasting, and more authentic conglomérate of food. That and it would probably be 20 dollars cheaper. I would like to second the review above stating that my money would have better been spent at Taco Bell.
