Texas Roadhouse

Love going to Texas Roadhouse. Used to anyway Food had always been good and staff friendly and attentive but not so much today. We were seated right away but not before our server Josh made a derogatory comment about my boyfriend, referring to the status of his size and the ability to finish one of the huge steaks on display. I was so stunned I was at a loss for words. My bf was gracious and didn't say anything so I kept my mouth shut. Bf ordered sweet tea that had no sugar. We had the onion blossom for an appetizer and we both had salads with our meals. We had barely had 2 bites of the blossom when they delivered the salads. The place really wasn't that busy to rush us through our meal. When he came back to check on how our meal was I asked that he not serve the main course until we were done with what was already on the table. When we did get our meal his steak was perfect but the cheesy potatoes were a luke warm lump. My full slab ribs were dry as tree bark. Loved the green beans though, they were too hot to eat. The manager stopped by and I wasn't going to say anything but bf brought up the disappointments. Got fresh ribs but the meal and the damage was already done. Very disappointed . Each visit seems to get worse and for the price it's just not worth it. Need to find a better place to eat. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

This was a one off review of this location, which is why I am rating it a 4/5 for service where I would typically rate it a 5. We waited an hour and a half to get seated, which we were ok with since we were waiting at home because we used the app. We finally were seated and ordered all our food at once. Me and my boyfriend each ordered the 5 buck Long Island iced teas. They tasted off like there was not any alcohol in them, definetly different than previous visits. We received out entree before our appetizer, which we ended up taking home because we were not hungry anymore. I am okay with that and typically I am lienent because I understand how busy it gets, especially since it was veterans day. Other than that, the food was delicious as always. Bread was extra extra hot and fresh. I saw it coming out if the kitchen directly to my table. Delicious and made good leftovers. Parking: There are other stores, due to the location and the time of day, I had to park pretty steep into the lot, however there was still plenty of parking available. Food was above average. Staff was prompt and helpful. Food came out of the kitchen in logical orders and was hot and tasty.
