Mild or Spicy? We like it spicy! This is our favorite local Mexican restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from on the menu. Come for great food and service. As flexitarians, we prefer restaurants that serve great vegetarian and meat dishes. The mushroom quesadilla and Molcajetes are classics and two of our favorites, but we come specifically for the rice and beans, unparalleled flavor! (and an extra order 'to go ' too, please! . The basic hot sauce is fantastic, savory but mild. We spice ours up with a (special order side of El Diablo sauce. Warning! Higher than Thai Hot #5! Improper use may incapacitate you or destroy your taste buds! This is a creeper; exercise caution the first time you try it or you 're gonna regret it ; it 's a very stealthy Picante Caliente! Great if lightly mixed with the primary hot sauce or added gently to your favorite dish to taste. For an special treat, ask for chiles toreados. (roasted jalapeños and use a knife to scrape and toss away the bitter skin, pith and seeds of the pepper, and enjoy the rest. Or if you like it hotter, leave the pith and seeds or eat it whole.

I wanted to eat Mexicans and decided to go to another place. in any case, the small additional trip to darlington is worth to eat here. the food and the service were great! the food was delivered quite quickly after our order. we had the Burrito premium and pineapple Fajitas. both were great. I'm sure we'll be back in the future.

tenampa is located in my three most popular Mexican restaurants in the area. my job is the combo pick 3 and omg it is perfect every time. the service is wonderful, the environment is wonderful. we go there as often as possible. Rather it is to celebrate with friends and family or just one night outside. tenampa is always mine

Great food, I came here a really long time ago for my 10th birthday and all the staff came out with some like cake fried pancake stuff with whipped cream? I don't know what it was but it was good. Best restaurant in Darlington.

Awesome place... The family is great too! Food, I would challenge this restaurant against others in the local area, as I believe it to be the best around!
