I came here in December with my sister. It was my first time to come here, although I lived here for 20 years. It is a tad hard to notice from the street, and it looks small from outside, but it is actually much larger inside and has a warm atmosphere. It was nice to be greeted by the sushi balls at the entrance. It was not crowded at all (maybe because of the holidays?) and I asked myself to sit in what I refer to as a can with the classic hanging cloth to separate it from the hall. Of us were private dining rooms tatami rooms that are probably reserved for more formal occasions (they have slippers on the way available. The waiting staff was very polite and actually reacted to me in Japanese, which is a plus. This restaurant has not many beef dishes (to my sister disappointment, but the tea is very good (I am picky with teas and I had a delicious Katsudon (that my sister also found delicious). They break for lunch, so plan accordingly. Anyway, I want to come back in March to eat with my sister for my birthday. Thanks for the pleasant culinary experience!
