Ross is an amazing chef and great person. He is equally easy to work with as he is talented in the kitchen. We enjoyed his restaurant immensely when Technique was open in Westwood, and Ross recently helped organize a 4-course 70th birthday dinner for my parents at our home, including wine pairings. Ross' menu, food preparation, and presence that evening made it an unforgettable event.
Coming with a great a expectation, walk out with a mediocre experience. My family with an excellent taste of good French food cuisine. For 1st course, we have escargot which is too salty room temperature, Pate are chill, pork belly is just okay. For main course skirt steak is over cook hard, duck confit is salty rubbery, seafood pasta is fairly acceptable. Big disappointment .
This restaurant was truly amazing! We had been dying to go for a couple months now and so glad we finally did. The food was so rich with flavor and perfectly cooked. The ambience was nice and service was good. The owner and head chef came out and greeted everyone at the table which was a classy touch. We will surely be back!
