Taverne 1879 - Reservar uma mesa

Nice view and modern infrastructure, but that's about it for the positive points. We waited 10 minutes at the entrance, were not greeted and ignored. When we were finally able to speak to a waiter, he was derogatory towards us. Basically, this place is perfect for people who would like to give away their entire fortune for a snooty show.

What a restaurant!!!! Super friendly staff, very helpful. Great range of food and food of the day was outstanding. Fast service. Fantastic scenery, a place you could happily spend a few hours just whiling away with peace and quiet and fresh fresh air xx

Was für eine Enttäuschung: Zwetschgen-Wähe von Heini, Tagessuppe von Bachmann... ????da wünsche ich mir die frühere Chefin zurück. Zum Glück zeigten die Serviceangestellen (Galgen-)Humor????

Very nice Swiss food, and not too pricey (for Switzerland, anyway ; Ask for a table near the window for a gorgeous view over the mountains.

Very unfriendly and incompetent service staff. The stall should be marked as self-service outside. Never again!
