short summary: dirty room, very unfriendly and rude staff, hidden costs even incl. silver suite package . detailed representation of events: our room was not clean with reference. when we wipe away the snow we had worn at the arrival in the room, the cloth was pretty dirty and full of animal hair. also in the bathroom (white flow) with mere eye recognizable many dark animal hairs. at our first evening in the restaurant we were not offered a menu for the drinks selection. in demand we have gained a great view of the personal. at price 92 euro as all incl. package booked silvester evening I asked the service for approx. 1 hour for a bottle of still water, where I was informed that I had to book it on the room as drinks are only included up to 0 hours. this was not reported in any way. under an all inclusive package of silvester evening I understand something else, especially after the dessertbuffet was opened around 0:30. for the 1.1 was a cold breakfast in the mentioned / advertised services. the times of this breakfast were unfortunately nowhere announced. in the evening of the year, however, the guests who have been alone for 5 years have told us about silvester, about the great New Year's breakfast, with a fine laugh and up to 13 o'clock. the services were completely badly hunted and there were no more tables to the breakfast in the main room. the table that we then chose was full of brösel, in the about 10 minutes we had tee, brot bas etc. unfortunately no one of the hired managed to arrange the table. we had to start when we tried to clean the table rough. at 11:30 my partner wanted to pick up a piece of cake, they were denied access and she was also very unfriendly that the breakfast was over and they could be happy that it would have been prepared until this time, once. irritating, this set but helped another host only 5 minutes later to put together an early piece and coffee. Some people seem to be the same as others. in principle, it would also be easy if the hotel would communicate clearly, i.e. in writing, which breakfast times apply on 1.1, I would like to say that if I pay for a new holiday there and the corresponding increase in prices for him, I would like to see them on 1.1, not to experience such an unfriendly and pampered person at an early stage.

very good hotel with a beautiful wellness area. I took part in a workshop of my company. eating was included and excellent. service was very good as my room with balcony. wonderful environment with super view. also a beautiful beer garden. I can only recommend the hotel. room was also very clean.
