Extrem unhöfliches Personal, behandelt Touristen nicht gleich, wenn sie selbst Ausländer sind. I was treated inhumanely by 3 people from this establishment.There is an extremely rude short lady with short dark hair at the entrance of the lower ground floor toilet asking for .50 euro. I said I do not have my wallet in me and the car is parked far and my pee I have been holding for an hour. She said to go get my wallet and I can‘t use the toilet. I am suffering from slight incontinence. Is she legally collecting as there is no permanent sign posted anywhere to pay? Being an auditor, I asked for a receipt, and she could not provide any. It is illegal to collect money without paying taxes. You are neither a nonprofit nor a church and she was definitely not asking for a donation as it was required. If you are recording expenses related to the building, you should also declare all income. Half a euro multiplied by the number of people who paid is not insignificant. I was badly needing to use the toilet and saw a couple using the toilet on the ground floor so when they were done I went in. A short semi bald guy forced the door open and pushed me out of the toilet even though I was already inside. He opened the door and forced me out. He had no right touching me. He and the lady allowed the couple to use without paying whereas I was treated like dirt. I was badly in need to pee. My mother died of urinary bladder cancer and the oncologist said it was caused by her always holding on to her pee. I have a 3 hour long drive and didn‘t know where I can use a toilet along the highway. Their shifts were June 18, 2023 sunday approx 2 pm. Tramped on my constitutional rights and did not treat me equally. I called the number on their website on June 19 2023 at 8:59 am and the woman who answered just dropped the phone.

It looked good but probably due bank holiday in Germany the staff were only few persons, due that I didn’t have breakfast there. Nevertheless the place and the area has a lot of parking.

Services. Very busy outside with parking very congested. Quiet inside. Prices high in comparison to other smaller outlets which may account for this.

Playground for kids. Microwave available. Nice place to stop by with kids. Food is a bit expensive but good.

Too expensive. And food quality went down a lot unfortunately : Toilets 50 cents and they are clean.
