Tamarind Hill - Reservar uma mesa

We reserved a table through The Fork with 30% off the food bill. Too many things went wrong however: 1) Beer was off. They obviously don't clean their pipelines. Instead of immediately serving replacements the waiter made us wait approx. 10 mins for this. 2) Starter portions were tiny. CHF 16.50 for 3 King Prawns is daylight robbery. Thankfully we had the discount. 3) My wife ordered prawn biriyani and was served chicken biriani. On pointing this out the waiter offered to prepare a prawn one which is fine, but obviously it ends up getting served when the whole table has already finished. 4) My mother ordered Chicken Kashmiri which was described as chicken breast on the menu. However when served it was obviously chicken thighs. When we complained we were told this is how the chef does it now, and we had to complain again at the end to have it removed from the bill because it simply wasn't what we ordered. Nor was it eaten, apart from some of the sauce. Not an experience to remember, unfortunately.

It was the best. Such a great place with very friendly staff and of course excellent foods. After many days I ate veg foods in Switzerland. Highly recommend this place for all visitors.
