Taco's Lupe - Reservar uma mesa

We swung in to Lupe's today on our road trip down from MPLS to Sioux Falls. We wanted to get a little further than Mankato and we were so glad we made the push as our meal at Lupe's was delicious. The place is decorated with beautiful artwork including hand painted chairs and tables. Our server was expedient as was the food service. We were greeted with chips and salsa and I'd give the salsa a gold star for a mild/medium flavor. Pro tip to ask for spicy salsa as well as we added that to spice it up! My husband had the chicken enchiladas with red sauce and they were good but it helped to add some of the spicy salsa for more flavor. The chicken quesadilla was huge and so good. Perfectly stuffed with cheese and chicken and accompanied by refried beans and rice. And my kiddo had the smaller child version which was great. They have a full bar but as we were amid our long drive we opted for Mexican coke and Jarritos but their margaritas looked yummy!
